About Swanson's Catering
I've always had a deep passion for cooking since I was a teenager. I started out at the Grand Casino in 2000 where I began as a recipe builder and soon after I was promoted to a cook and it was at this time I decided to attend culinary school. I graduated from The Culinary Institute of America in 2004 and soon became the chef at an assisted living community in Southaven Ms. in which I am still employed. I've catered on and off for the last 16 years catering anniversaries, Birthdays, Graduations, Baby showers, rehearsal dinners and weddings so if you are in need of professional food service please give me the opportunity to give you a quote. I can quote on your menu ideas or also recommend items and complete menus.
